OFF-SITE SERVICES
While you might enjoy seeing our friendly faces, we do offer a mail-back program. Through this inclusive service we will give you a quick easy way to send us your product. We provide all the information and documents needed and will process your shipment in a timely manner.
Item Characterization, Training, Pickup and Credits
- Shipping box: We send you a specialized box with the shipping label already included. You fill the box with pharmaceuticals and schedule CII-V controlled substances ready to be returned or destroyed.
- Full box: Once the specialized box is full you simply send the box to us with the shipping label provided. If you are shipping controlled substances, we will provide all the necessary DEA forms required.
- Processing: When Pharmax Returns receives the package we inventory and verify volumes of the product received. We then return all creditable product back to your manufacturer for credit and process the unusable product properly using the most environmentally safe measures offered industry wide. Your facility will receive verification of disposal documents showing “Cradle to Grave” stewardship and credits directly.
