Pharmax Returns was founded by Matthew Carmichael after providing medical industry services for 20 years in 2019 after the recent sale of his previous companies both Bio-Hazard Waste/Pharmaceutical and hazardous waste disposal companies. Mr. Carmichael started his journey within the medical waste industry after serving as a firefighter/ EMT and in the safety industry. Pharmax Returns sets the industry standard by providing pharmaceutical product management (including controlled substances) indated, unused, and expired products insuring both compliance standards are met as well as protecting the environment in the most ecologically sound ways available. Mr. Carmichael currently is an authorized OSHA compliance, HIPAA, and USP 800 instructor.
